In the wake of Hurricane Sandy there is tremendous damage on the eastern seaboard. Cosmed Group's corporate office (Jamestown, RI) and an operating facility (Linden, NJ) were impacted by this major storm. This release is status update for our suppliers, customers, and employees.

• We have been in contact with all of our employees and at this time we believe they are safe.
• Our corporate office has returned to normal operations.
• Cosmed Group's pasteurization facility in Linden, NJ - formerly known as ETO Sterilization - was undamaged by the storm. We expect to have the offices and warehouse partially open tomorrow November 1 using backup generator power. With widespread power outages in Union County, NJ we do not anticipate returning to full operation prior to November 5, 2012.

We urge our employees in NJ to be mindful of the instructions of local officials in an effort to speed the process of clean-up and recovery. We wish our customers, suppliers and friends a safe and speedy return to business as usual.
